1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Penny Flip platform at pennyflip.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Penny Flip.

2. Description of Service

Penny Flip is an AI-powered penny shopping intelligence platform. We aggregate, analyze, and deliver penny item lists from Dollar General and Dollar Tree, paired with profit estimates sourced from resale marketplace data. Lists are delivered via email and the web dashboard based on your subscription tier.

Penny Flip is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Dollar General Corporation or Dollar Tree, Inc.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If we discover that false information was provided, we reserve the right to terminate your account.

You agree not to share your account, sell access to the service, or distribute penny lists provided through Penny Flip to third parties without explicit written permission.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Penny Flip offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Penny Flip to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not receive a prorated refund for unused time. Free plan access is retained after cancellation of a paid plan.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 14 days notice to your registered email address. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and data compilations on the Penny Flip platform are the property of Penny Flip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial resale purposes.

You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from Penny Flip content without written permission.

6. Profit Estimates and Disclaimers

Profit estimates provided by Penny Flip are derived from third-party marketplace sold listing data and are for informational purposes only. They are not guarantees of future results and do not constitute financial or investment advice.

Actual resale prices, platform fees, shipping costs, and item availability fluctuate. You are solely responsible for verifying current market conditions before making purchasing decisions. Penny Flip is not liable for any losses incurred from reliance on profit estimates displayed on the platform.

Penny shopping involves in-store visits and purchasing at your own discretion. Penny Flip does not guarantee that any listed item will be available at any specific store location.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penny Flip and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Penny Flip in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from account settings. Penny Flip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
